Sal’s Roadside Eatery is owned by an awesome family that treats me as such. I wanted to match the design with the personality of Sal’s, which is amazing food and great people. So Godzilla is “King of the Monsters”, Sal’s is “King of the Grub Trucks”, taking over the competition in Charlotte and spreading phenomenal grub in their path!
